How can I track my order?
You can find tracking link by navigating to My Account > Orders. OR (Track Your Order )
The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.
How do you ship the orders?
We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Bluedart,Delhivery and Ecom Express for local delivery to various pin codes in India.
Which locations do you deliver?
We deliver to more than 20,000 thousand pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled area of the country.
What are the delivery charges at www.Frato.in
- We have standard Free shipping For All Prepaid Orders.
- For COD ( Cash On Delivery ) We Charge Rs.100/-
What if the delivery that I received is damaged?
In rare cases of transport damage,
- If you found the carton box damaged/tampered , please reject it at delivery (even if its a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.
- For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.
- Video Proof Is required of package opening in-case you request for claim that you have not received product in package.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within India and not to any international location.
